1. Returns

- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date you received your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or other body-related products unless they are defective.

Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Refunds

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (such as shipping the wrong item).
- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique and handmade nature of our products. If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order for your desired item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake in fulfilling your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will resolve the issue by either offering a refund or sending a replacement at no extra charge.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged.
